CRITICAL DATA PRACTICE: Motus Unlock NEVER requests, collects, or stores your registration portal account passwords or credentials. The synchronization runs purely on public database references and secure API endpoints.

The data we collect is utilized strictly for:

Executing the database synchronization commands to enable your portal buttons.
Providing transaction receipts and automated email alerts about your sync progress.
Validating the legitimacy of carrier authorization requests.

Data Minimization & Log Retention: All transient database query logs, API calls, and temporary session references used to execute the synchronization are permanently deleted from our active caches within 24 hours of successful completion.
