1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Motus Unlock website and database synchronization utility (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Service Description & Independence
Motus Unlock provides automated registry synchronization, support diagnostics, and data alignment for carrier entities encountering synchronization bugs within logistics portals.
3. Authorization & User Responsibility
By requesting synchronization for a USDOT number, you declare and warrant that:
- You are the registered owner, officer, or an authorized representative of the carrier company associated with that USDOT number.
- You have the legal authority to request registry updates and support synchronization for the company entity.
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Guarantee
The synchronization service is provided for a set one-time service fee. Payment is processed securely via third-party processors.
Verified Refund Guarantee: We stand behind the efficacy of our system. If our synchronization utility is unable to resolve the disabled status of your "Link USDOT Number" button after 24 hours of execution, and our support staff cannot manually reconcile the database mapping for your USDOT number, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of the service fee.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.
- To synchronize or link a USDOT number that you do not legally own or represent.
- In any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Motus Unlock, its operators, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to carrier dispatch delays, lost loads, fines, portal downtime, or errors in government registries.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
